Which specs will you choose?

I need another vps plan in Singapore, however I'm torn between the two providers.

DO and OAH 's both $20 plans.

I have both existing vps with them, and service is ok with me.

If you were me, which specs will you choose? (Please focus on specs only)

KVM - 2GB Memory, 2 Processor(s), 40GB SSD Disk, 3TB Bandwidth

or

OpenVZ - 1GB Memory / Burstable to 1.5G, 4 Processor(s), 30GB SSD Disk, 800GB Bandwidth

Will you go for more CPUs or More Guaranteed RAM?
