I need a VPS / $15 / at least 150 GB--via lowendtalk

I need a VPS for $ 1-15, large disk space (at least 100-150 GB), bandwidth: larger than 2 TB or unlimited.

Can somebody give some recommendations ?

Last week I bought win-vps.com which is a total sh*t, my order was marked as a fraud and support didn't answer for 4 days, at least they gave me a refund and removed my account without saying anything and I think they were Russians who didn't understand English, even though their website is in English, some pages are in untranslated Russian language..
