100 ~ 500GB VPS for a FTP server

Location: Doesn't matter Speed: 100mbit Bandwith: 500GB ~ 1TB Disk: Atleast 100GB. RAM: Doesn't matter. 65mb schould be enough. :) CPU: Doesn't matter either.

Dynamic upgrades would be nice.

Don't have a real budget. Just searching for the cheapest offers.
