Provider spying on vps

Hi,

Today i recived a email about that someone was logging into my openvz container, i was not at my pc and the server was secured.

I just noticed that there was no ip in the email so i can be only a local login from the provider, I dont gonna tell the name now to prevent a drama thread here.

So, what would you do when you notice that your provider is spying on your vps?

There is and was no known reason why the provider should do it.
