What are some of the cheapest country-level (2 letter) domains out there? All I have on my list is .pw (3.98 at Namecheap) and .ru (3.25 at Ahnames), and cheapdomainlist.com is now inactive.

EDIT: Ignoring the freenom domains (cf, ml, tk, ga) and any other free domain
