really cheap vps for teamspeak in europe

hi guys,

anyone knows a cheap vps that can be used for a teamspeak server? must be on Europe (Germany or UK better) for good latency... I can pay anual subscription.

I've used a vps with 128MB ram in the past and worked really well, so guess 128MB is good enough for me...

less than 10$ would be amazing :P any thoughts?
