reading about passwords being hacked on another thread reminded me to ask about this.

what brute force protection do you use on your server?

cPanel uses cPHulk, which is good but not free

Fail2Ban ? not tried it myself

Anyone got a tutorial on securing your server? * disable login as root * disable login with password just use ssh with keys * setup 2-factor authentication on as much as possible
