Questions about Edis.at

Anybody has experience of vserver from Edis.at? I bought one yesterday and use NodeQuery.com as monitoring. It's very strange that I use very little on the bandwidth but it shows:

Network Activity ↑↓ 664.61 KB/s

Total Outgoing ↑ 28.81 GB

Total Incoming ↓ 17.43 GB

How does "vserver" work, is it OpenVZ ?
