Kimsufi, soyoustart and OVH

Hi, I am thinking to for a Kimsufi or Soyoustart server. I know, for Kimsufi, sometimes validation of account takes ages and delivery of server may get delayed.

If I have Kimsufi validated account, do I need new one for Soyoustart ? If I have OVH validated account, I still need new one for Soyoustart ?

One more question, I can not find how many IPv4 are included in Kimsufi, they seems to have changed their site design and information.
