There's a recently discovered DDos Tools called "NTP" More Info about NTP here

It can achieve MASSIVE amounts of volumetric junk packets, From small reflection based attacks.

The date of the first attack was February 10, Since that was an Arbor TMS Device, It's connected to this DDoS Map Check out the Size of that massive attack here
