Alternative to OVH (yes one more topic but new question)

I found that price offered by OVH (not kimsufi or SYS) are still bang for bucks however their support is terrible and reason is because they have very large number of servers to handle.. otherwise they are good..

So I am looking for some alternative to OVH , could be similar or little high prices but very good support.

Things to consider are good number of IPv4 (ovh has 256 ips with euro 2setup fee) and multiple HDDs with support for HW Raid.

Location doesn't matter but reliability does..

So, question could be.. Reliable and resourceful Alternative to OVH.
